Once you’ve signed and paid, you’re set to start! You’ll get immediate access to all of your questionnaires (three specifically—design, strategy, and CRM), so you can share every little detail about your brand, style, and business process.

We’ll begin with design (that way, your Dubsado forms—like your proposals, questionnaires, etc. will be totally on-brand). If you don’t have branding done yet, we’ll start with branding, but if you do—I’ll begin with creating a homepage mockup. Once you’re head over heels for your homepage, I’ll design the rest of your website in 2 to 3 days.

After you’ve signed off on your website design, we’ll start on your Dubsado. We’ll kick off the Dubsado portion of your project with a 1-hour meeting to go over your workflow strategy. After, I’ll begin streamlining everything so you can take advantage of Dubsado’s endless useful possibilities.

Once your website is designed and your Dubsado is set up, I’ll send you all of your Dubsado and Showit tutorials so you know how to use both platforms on your own. After I’ve embedded your contact form on your Contact page, and made sure your domain is good to go, you’ll be ready to launch your gorgeous website, knowing your systems are prepared for an influx of enquiries!

SO YOU’LL FEEL TOTALLY COMFORTABLE USING DUBSADO AND SHOWIT ON YOUR OWN.
Not only does the All-In-One Launch Package get a library of custom video tutorials showing you how to make edits and updates in your Showit and Dubsado accounts, but both platforms aren’t nearly as scary as they may seem.
Showit is a drag-and-drop website builder that is known for being ridiculously easy to edit on. As for you Dubsado, I’ll have set up everything for you so all you’ll need to do is watch your tutorials to make any additions you’d like.
And, both platforms have the best customer support should you need anything that your personalised tutorials didn’t cover. And if you have a question for me, I’ll always just be an email away.

Do I need to have all of my processes figured out before we work together? Should I have my branding done? What’s needed from me for us to start?
For the All-In-One Launch package, all that’s needed from you are your brand photos (if you have any), your website copy (the words that will go on your website), and a good understanding of your business and who you’re targeting.
Half of my job is helping you figure out your client process and offerings so there’s certainly no need for you to have that all figured out on your own. As for branding, you don’t have to have it already as I offer branding basics. However, I am not a brand designer so if you’d like to get your branding done by an expert before we work together, I am more than happy to work with the professional branding they do for you.

What comes first, Dubsado or design?
Design! Because even though your Dubsado focuses on the back end of your business, your Dubsado form templates (like your questionnaires, proposals, contracts, etc.) rely on your colours, fonts, and logo so it makes the most sense for us to get your branding and design style done first before doing anything in Dubsado.
Will I be able to edit my Showit website myself? What about my Dubsado? Or will I always need your help?
It’s never my goal to leave you stuck with a platform you feel wildly uncomfortable using. That’s why I include personalised tutorials for both Showit website design and your CRM. You’ll also have access to incredible support teams who are absurdly helpful should anything come up that I didn’t and can’t answer for you.
Do you offer any ongoing support?
Yes, I offer retainer packages to returning clients! These packages include email marketing, website maintenance, and blog writing.
